Quakerbridge Mall, Lawrence Township, 08648 New Jersey, United States
Ate a spicy Italian sandwich and started feeling sick almost instantly. That's the only thing I ate that day alone (my family had other food from that food court) and everything else I consumed prior to the Mall visit was ok (family and I ate the same breakfast). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
