I ordered 2 medium sized carryout pizzas Thursday night 1/24/19 about 7 pm. One of them had spinach and I ate 5 pieces of that. I awoke roughly 9am Friday feeling very bloated and uncomfortable which turned into diarrhea, abdominal pain, lower back pain and headache. Drinking Gatorade caused nausea which I encouraged with a toothbrush to try and empty my stomach. Suspect the spinach had Salmonella. Description on Pizza Hut website was 'roasted' spinach so I thought the would be little risk of this. I think I was wrong. I could barely leave my bed the entire day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Bloating, Stomach Pain
