On Tuesday January 2, 2018 my son and I went to Pizza Hut located at Bathurst and Nuptune (North York area) at 7:40pm. We ordered a large make your own pizza with toppings of pineapple and pepperoni and paid $21.00. Throughout the night, morning and day of January 3rd my son has been vomiting and diarrhea.We are set for a doctor appointment as I am extremely concern. My 11 year old son is afraid eat or drink anything as he is frequently running to the bathroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
