I bought a big dinner box , the item came but the food was not fresh i tried to get my money back then but they said they will only give me 5$ credit not my initial dollar amount which was 15.14 wouldve been 25.14 but i had a coupon . I decided fine bring the fresh food ill just swap it after they brought the food that was suppose to be fresh we went to bed because it took them 3 hours just to deliver the remake by that time my son was about to go to bed but i allowed him to have a slice . we all woke up this morning with diarrhea and nausea . i called the store demanded my money back and they tell me they cant give me my money back although i have the whole order i did not touch! The female employee hung up in my face and the Manager was worse the customer service i received from this location is just plain rude and disrespectful. so upset right now .
