01-04-2015 Our son picked up several pizzas from Pizza Hut the people who ate the thin crust supreme got extremely sick within a few hours the ones that ate the most where more sick. The people who ate one piece where still sick but less sick. The people who ate the other pizza had no symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
