Ordered a sizzling chicken pizza wedges and chicken strips. I ate the chicken strips and a slice of pizza. Husband had the pizza. An hour later I had stomach pains bloating. Then felt sick. I've been sick about 4 times now. Pains in back husband is ok. This was the first time I've used delivery and think it will be the last | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
