On 3/22/2024, I ate a pizza from Pizza Hut, which caused me a terrible stomach pain with vomiting, which I had to go to the hospital urgently, so I am claiming compensation for the damages I cause myself | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
