Veggie pizza with chicken... Fever, diarrhea, chills, stomach pains so bad, ended up in the ER 3 days later now seeing specialist tomorrow cause symptoms are still so bad...Have not worked in 3’days .. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain
