Ordered a medium supreme and wings... Two adults and two kids got upset stomach... Tracing back kids only ate wings. So evidence points to wings causing issues. One kid had severe diahrea and fever so he had to be taken to ER. He tested positive for salmanila food poisoning. All members of family ate different meals leading up to the day of incident. $25 worth of Pizza Hit food cost me $2500 ER visit and will loose work because we can't send him school with diarrhea . And to add insult to injury they were trying to charge me an extra $3 for ranch dressing!!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
