Ate two slices of Supreme pizza and a small slice of Pepperoni. Always blot the pizza and remove as much oil as possible.. However I was almost immediately bloated so badly I was immobilised and then developed a fever. Began experience excruciating pain after about two hours then found myself with diarrhoea for hours, much of the diarrhoea was oil (revolting but thought that may be relevant?) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Bloating
