We purchased a pepperoni and Hawaiian pizza last night, Friday Nov 29 from Pizza Hut. Ate around 7pm and by 9pm my stomach had already began to feel discomfort and bloated. Couldn’t sleep due to the stomach pain and by 2am I was vomiting. I vomited twice and have had diarrhea since 2am. It’s now 9am and the stomach pain continues. I had to order Pepto Bismol at 4am because it was that bad, but even then, it has not improved much. Symptoms: stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bloating
