I ate the chicken pizza and within an hour I felt upset stomach, by that night I was busting my gut with painful explosive diarrhea. Followed by a purge. At this point I was up every hour to both vomit and blast hot yellow lava from my backside. The next afternoon, I fainted from dehydration and later went to emergency room for fluids and medication. I now have to miss work because of it and I don't get paid if I don't work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
