Last night I ordered the pizza with pepperonni in the shape of a heart and when I started eating it it tasted very sweet but I thought maybe it had a sweet sauce (then I checked and it didn't say anything about a sweet sauce) I haven't stopped vomiting since then and I had to throw away the pizza (it was at the Xola branch) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
