Went to Pizza Hut at 19:00 on Friday 11th March 2016 and ordered a large BBQ Americano Pizza with stuffed crust. Ate about half of the pizza and noticed that the chicken tasted funny so left the rest. Started with a severe migraine half an hour after we left and so went straight to bed. At around 00:40 woke and was violently sick. Woke again at 04:15 and was sick again along with diarrhea. Woke several more times during the night to vomit with more diarrhea and have been vomiting on and every few hours since 9am and haven't been able to move or get out of bed. Also have a fever as I am cold and shivering with several blankets on me but hot to touch. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Migraine
