I ordered the Garlic Knots that comes with marinara sauce. Later i had a fever, headache and felt nauseated and a severe stomach cramp. I literally had to be bed ridden with a severe fever and had to strip down to my bra and panties to try and cool down. :,( | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Headache, Cramps
