Food Safety Report: Pizza Hut.

I ordered a veggie lovers pizza about 6 hours after eating it I had severe stomach cramps, my temp shot up, I vomitting, and later diarhea set in. 16 hours later I am still vomitting and have diarhea- my fever has broken, but I will probably head to the Dr if I remain unable to hold fluids down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
