Ordered the Detroit style pizza for the first time. After eating 3 pieces I started to feel a little bit nauseous but didn’t think anything of it. My husband said the pizza wasn’t settling well for him either. I went to bed then woke up at 12am and threw up like crazy and had diarrhea I felt so dehydrated and sick for the rest of the night no matter how much water I drank | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
