I bought a bucket of KFC for dinner and the very next morning i began vomiting with severe diarrhea and both, stomach ache and headache.
It happened before, but I thought it was a one time occurrence. Now I'm convinced that there's something wrong with this particular store.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache

i went to mcdonald’s before work at around 10:50 am on 05/06/25. i got a medium fry, a 10 piece nugget and a large sweet tea. I ate all the fries before 11 and ate 4 nuggets maybe 15 minutes later. around 1pm i started experiencing terrible… See more

I purchased a burrito w white rice, pinto beans, brisket, lettuce, corn and mild queso. Very bad diarrhea started in the middle of the night and hasn’t gotten better. Qdoba is the only place that could have done this to me yesterday :-(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Me and my wife went here. My wife had a Cesar salad and clam chowder. She stop eating the salad because she stated it taste funny. Less than a hour she was feeling nauseated and stomach began to hurt. Later she had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
