I ate pizza and then like 2 hours later I got nauseous and started vomiting. I can't sleep because my stomach will start hurting and when I vomit I my arms start shaking and I got so weak I was on my knees and elbows vomiting in my room | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Shaking
