Ordered 1 kids pepperoni pizza and 1 gluten free salami pizza. Husband ate GF pizza. Our two boys ate the kids pepperoni pizza. A couple of hours later, our older son threw up. A couple hours after that, my younger son woke up and threw up as well. Both proceeded to vomit multiple times. While cleaning up one such incident, my husband also threw up. | Symptoms: Vomiting
