Chicken Sandwich Illness Report - Pizza pizza, Quinte West Ontario

3 years ago reported by user-ggwp9922 business

Pizza Pizza, Dundas Street West, Trenton, ON, Canada

35 Dundas Street West, Quinte West, K8V 3N9 Ontario, Canada

Ate one of their chicken sandwiches and had bad stomach and abdominal cramps, projectile vomiting and diarrhea within a few hours after eating one. Think it may have been the pickles...which is disturbing as pickles don't tend to spoil easily, and leads me to believe toppings aren't being stored or handled properly at this location. Toppings have to be kept at a consistently cold temperature and completely free of cross-contamination with other foods and sources, and must be rotated out regularly for fresh product to prevent things just like this. Won't be buying from this location or any of their location ever again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
