I had a slice of pepperoni pizza.Immediately after finishing it I felt nauseous, I took the ferry back to shore, and as soon as I got off, I starter throwing up, and now I’m at home with severe diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
