Buffet Food Temp Issues - Pizza Ranch, Independence Iowa

Food on the buffet Friday July 17 was not hot. It was closer to room temp and did not taste good. The next day I dealt with awful gastrointestinal symptoms and did not feel well. Would also like to note that i did skip the salad bar this time out of caution due to the lettuce problems lately. Will not be coming back. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas
