Visited Primo Pizzaola in Murraysville and ate greens and beans and bread. On way home I felt like I needed to vomit. When I got home I immediately had pain cramps exploding diarrhea and headache. This restaurant made several comments which lead me to believe that not only are they aware of some potential issues that could arise they shouldn't be open yet until they fix things. The waitress said to several guests the freezer is not working this week. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
