Pizza Sausage Spoiled: Illness - Harry and David, Memphis Tennessee

I ordered two Pizzaria Uno meat pizzas from Harry and David (November 19 2023). The sausage pizza made me nauseated and I had abdominal cramps and watery diarrhea for about two days (beginning on November 24). I can't upload the picture of the pizza because you don't have a documents from computer upload. The desktop receipt is below. While Harry and David promised a refund three separate times, I have received nothing. The pizzas were ordered from Harry and David and my FedEx tracking indicated that they were shipped from Medford Oregon. However, Puzzaria Uno is a Chicago company.
