Me and my friend went to playa bowls for lunch and hours later we both are having many stomach cramps and are constipated. My sister also went the day before us and experienced the same cramping and stomach issues. I usually have homemade açaí bowls a few times a week and eat plenty of fruit so I can assume it’s not an allergic reaction to the fruit. I got açaí strawberries blueberries and honey. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Constipation
