I visited grand Bahia Principe El portillo for 8 days got back yesterday. Stayed on resort almost all week no problem but went on catamaran tour that included buffet on second last day. Woke up in morning dizzy, headache and my muscles and joints hurt bad. Stomach twisting. The buffet was at here. Stomach still twisting Ate the buffet on national parks tour from samana. Went to sleep early feeling drained and woke up stomach twisting and severe headache and dizzy also lots of diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Dizziness
