Ordered the pepperoni pizza for lunch around 1 or 2pm. My baby granddaughter threw up in the car on the way home a few hours later. My grandson woke up 2 times that night needing to use the bathroom. I have been vomiting with diarrhea since 3am this morning. Have to take a day off work. Cant even think about pizza anymore. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
