Chicken Salad Illness Alert - Plenty, Oakland California

I'm writing this on behalf of my boyfriend, who was violently ill on 12/3/19 after eating a chicken caesar salad. Around an hour or so after eating, he was hit with extreme exhaustion, left work, and by the afternoon was projectile vomiting and experiencing extreme chills. After reading another coinciding report about this happening to someone after a salad from Urban Remedy, I would advise to be careful with ordering meals with lettuce here for the time being. It was so scary. I've never seen him that sick before. Beware. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
