- comments: observed front entrance doors not rodent proof. Doors have approximately one inch opening on bottom door. Must make door tight fitting to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed employees not wearing hair restraint while preparing and serving food in coffee front prep area. Must weaar hair restraints at all times food is prepared and served.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables in front pizza prep area. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in used.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed rusty shelving inside 3-door refrigerator in rear storage area intellegentsia coffee area. Must repaint or replace must use non toxic paint or replaced and maintained shelving.

- comments: observed leaking faucet base at the 3-compartment sink in produce food prep area. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed dirt and food debris on floor undernrath storage shelving throughout rear storage areas. Must clean and maintain.
