I was on my break for lunch, ate my food around 2 PM. By 3 PM I started feeling weak, nauseous and had diarrhea. On my way home from work at 5 PM I started getting major pain in my stomach. Hearing rumbling and bubbles. I got home at 6 PM had major diarrhea went to bed in so much pain and nausea. I want the to throw up so bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Weakness, Stomach Pain
