I ordered a chicken dish not even five hours later I had projectile diarrhea and projectile vomiting. The room was spinning. It lasted to the next day. I went to the emergency room because the dehydration was so bad I could not even keep a sip of
water down to complain to the store. Just went on for three days and I also had diarrhea incontinence for several days after my system never regulated for more than a month. This was definitely said poisoning.

May 16 evening I ordered chicken bowl black beans rice and avocado roll within five hours I had violent extreme projectile vomiting for 18 hours and pure water diarrhea every 10 minutes for 18 hours I was finally able to get myself a ride because I live
alone and I’m a senior citizen to a standalone emergency room nearby 05/17 where I had to get receive medication and 2000 mL of fluids continue to have nausea and vomiting, on and off Thursday and Friday finally able to get primary care visit via telephone and got bloodwork and stool sample on Saturday bloodwork was screwed up due to extreme dehydration went back to the emergency room on Sunday due to muscle twitching black spots and intermittent fevers and then went to the doctors today Monday and received antibiotics I’ve lived around the world and I’ve been sick before but this is the most violent sickness I’ve ever been I am 62 years old exhausted and had to wear depends because the liquid diarrhea was so bad it would’ve killed somebody else and definitely could have killed a child I’m still so exhausted I can barely do anything I have a follow up visit with my doctor after my antibiotics are done and he’s waiting lab results don’t eat there I have my receipts and packaging

I ordered a Bacon King (#4) after work yesterday (4/16), got home and slept early, but woke up by 10pm with diarrhea and vomiting. This lasted for some 3 hours till I got to sleep again by 1am. I got up next at 4am experiencing the same
issues in the bathroom, feeling lightheadedness and chills. I was also sweating after vomitting. Had to call out from work. Not sure if it was the bacon or the beef, or both. After the initial vomit, most of the contents of the vomit was bile, and I concluded that I had food poisoning.

Additional information: I had been drinking Ryze Mushroom Matcha for about a month and a half before the onset of daily episodes of
chills, fever and tremors, starting sometime between 10:30a and 1:30p. At first I was not sure of the relationship and sought treatment from my PCP who could not find any cause after examining me and in his office. During my second episode he sent me to the ER because my fever would not respond to ibuprofen. A battery of tests were done (urinalysis, CT scans of head, pelvis, and abdomen, chest x-rays, EKG, full blood work analysis) and no apparent cause was found, so I was put on a broad spectrum antibiotic as a precaution. I voluntarily stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha for a few days, although my PCP and the ER doctor did not think it could be the cause, and I did not have the fever and tremors on the days I did not drink it. Once I felt totally recovered and was done with the antibiotics, I drank my usual cup of Ryze Mushroom Matcha, but only about half the cup. Within 4 hours after drinking it, I had another episode of severe chills, tremors, and a fever which finally subsided about 4 hours after taking 800mg of Motrin. It's taken a few days for my body to recover, but I have stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha and I have not had any recurring episodes. The closest drop-down was Rhyze Mushrooms, but that’s not correct. I ordered the Ryze Mushroom Matcha from ryzesuperfoods .com.

H-E-B has voluntarily recalled its Creamy Creations ice cream in select flavors due to potential metal contamination. The affected products were distributed across Texas and Mexico, as well as Central Market, Joe V’s Smart Shop, and Mi Tienda stores. The issue was discovered during routine product testing.
No injuries have been reported in relation to the recall. All affected products have been removed from store shelves, and H-E-B is working to restock unaffected products as soon as possible.

Had a chicken sandwich, fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. This was the only thing I ate that day that my family did not and I was the only one sick. I had this on Wednesday evening around 7:30-8 pm and by 10 my stomach was
