Not sure Not sure what I ate that my husband didn’t but about 30 minutes after eating my stomach started to cramp and I felt nauseous couple hours later I had a fever severe stomach cramping and the chills. Stool was dark in color tar like.  It happened on May 29 2021

Update: More Symptoms: Extreme fatigue and rectal bleeding which turned into colitis | Symptoms: Fever, Chills, Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Fatigue
