My heart beat was said to be “beating weird.” Everything came back normal with no idea what could be wrong. I was told to go in to see my primary care physician if symptoms continued. The pain in my abdomen has lessened but the dizziness and nausea is so bad now that when I get up to walk, I stumble to my right, losing my balance, feeling like I’m going to pass out. Two weeks ago, and again today. Jose ole beef and cheese chimichangas Two weeks ago, I didn't know what caused my illness and I was in so much pain I went to urgent care.
Two weeks ago I was having horrible stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea it was... See More so intense I went to urgent care. I was dehydrated and my WBC was high, they gave me a saline iv and sent me home with bentyl.
It eventually calmed down after a couple days of a liquid diet and bentyl for the stomach cramps that felt like waves of building intensity. I thought nothing more of it, until today.
It started up again about 4 hours after eating a Jose Ole beef and cheese chimichanga that was purchased from Walmart, same symptoms as before. I only just now made the connection and I am so sad about it.. I love those things.
