Additional Information: I went to Popeyes to eat a maxi popchicken meal that consisted of popcorn chicken a chicken sandwich and chicken wings. At first it was fine and the food was great, but when I arrived home I noticed my stomach beginning to ache, I thought it was just my period, but after some time it got so bad I ended up throwing up and it was all chicken. After that my stomach felt bloated and for the rest of the day I had stomach pain. The next day I woke up with more pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache
