on saturday, february 6, 2016 i went to popeyes in parkchester in the bronx. i ordered surf and turf menu for about 7 or 8 dollars. which consisted of pieces of chicken and scrimp. at approx. 5 or 6 p.m. i began to have cramps in my abdomen which began the on set of diarrhea until monday, february 9, 2016. i went to my doctor on tuesday, february 9, 2016. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
