Closure Date: 12/09/2021Rodent infestation. An inspector visited the Popeyes in July after someone complained about rats. The Popeyes manager was aware of the problem, which was affecting them and the Shell gas station they share a building with, and said the company was working hard to get rid of it. An inspector next visited Nov. 24 to inspect the gas station and found multiple droppings in a cabinet. A manager said the building had been getting frequent pest control service. Follow-ups on Nov. 30, Dec. 1 and Dec. 8 continued to find droppings. When the inspector went back again Dec. 9 and found more droppings, both facilities were shut down.
