Ordered shrimp Tackle Box and 30 minutes after eating got extreme indigestion. Soon after that I began vomiting so hard it came through my nose. My blood pressure shot up. My pulse is elevated. I'm extremely nauseated and weak. The vomit smells like shrimp. My head is pounding.

I was very very sick for 2 days and 2 nights | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Indigestion, Other, Weakness
