My father (age 69) and mother (age 65) ordered two 3-piece meals with coleslaw. They both experienced severe and violent vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, weakness, and dehydration. My mother is a retired RN and diagnosed this as severe food poisoning. Both my parents are elderly and this could have been deathly.
