My father (age 69) and mother (age 65) ordered two 3-piece meals with coleslaw. They both experienced severe and violent vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, weakness, and dehydration. My mother is a retired RN and diagnosed this as severe food poisoning. Both my parents are elderly and this could have been deathly. They ate the same thing (and barely touched the coleslaw) so the chicken was tainted. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness, Stomach Pain
