I had a chicken sandwich around 9pm last night, got home around 10, fell asleep & woke up with severe diarrhea & i was puking at the same time every 5 mins from 1am-4am. Its now the next day and i still am nauseous with severe diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
