Ordered a two piece combo from drive thru at around 7:30pm. I ate the food prior to 8 pm. I woke up at 3am to feeling lower back/stomach cramping. I felt nauseous and kept throwing up/dry heaving until 4:30am. I took a warm bath to help with the cramping so I could go back to sleep. Slept from 5am to 7am and I was nauseous, stomach cramps and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
