Ate spicy chicken an fries around 1pm. Started feeling a bit bloated at dinner tomexand did not eat. When to bed around 9pm feeling uneasy, and gurgling stomach. Awoke around 11pm with explosive diarrhea. Went back to bed now feeling hot and nauseous. Woke again at 2am, drank water and immediately vomited the remaing contents in my stomach, chicken. My body just needed to expell this bad food | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
