2-11-2022, chicken sandwich  I ordered a chicken sandwich and red beans and rice. My husband ate the same thing I did but did not get sick. His food tasted okay. My sandwich tasted a little funny but I ate it anyway. About two hours later I became very sick with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. All of this lasted for 4 days until I had to go to the ER where I was treated for dehydration and critically low calcium, magnesium, and potassium. A week later I am still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
