Ordered a classic chicken sandwich that had white mayo and pickles on it. Within 5 hrs my stomach started rumbling, nausea began, and immediately after vomiting began. TMI: vomit was bright in orange color so I know it was because of the sandwich. Stomach cramps are still there now with a slight headache. Just drinking clear fluids now.
