Got a spicy chicken sandwich combo with home style Mac and cheese for dinner on my way into work. A few hours later and I have nausea, cramping and keep having to suppress the need to vomit… sandwich seamed hot and fresh, Mac on the other hand tasted great but was room temp and a bit old… one guess which item I suspect made me sick. Diarrhea hasn’t hit yet but the stomach rumbles tell me it’s on the way… | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
