Within a hour after eating a pork chop I had gas and cramps and felt weakish..3 hours later I began having bad diarrhea and feel lousy. I cooked the chops at 425 degrees for 40 minutes and they were thawed in refrigerated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
