Wreck Salad. I was severily sick. I ordered a wreck Salad on Thursday 6/3/21 around noon for pick up. I would have to look and see if I can find my receipt. I consumed the salad which was in the fridge around 4pm. My symptoms started on Saturday around 12pm and I had it confirmed with Urgent Care that it was E coli which can take 2-5 days until symptoms arise. I was on a beach trip with two other friends and after I ate the salad everyone had the same breakfast, lunch and dinner. So the only thing I had which no one else had was the salad. I'm assuming this place gets their salad in bag from a supplier and it might not be the restaurants fault but they need to check into the supplier or it can be poor hygiene as well from the employees using the restroom and not washing their hands before returning to work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
