I think it was a grilled chicken sandwich (only chicken and bread) from here, Ate the sandwich at 430 pm yesterday. Got anxious, stomach cramps, tight throat, nausea, and chills by 9 PM. Diarrhea by 7 am. Still nauseous, no energy, stomach cramps, loss of appetite | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Loss of Appetite
