October 23, 2014. Went on an excursion to Isla Saona where I ate chicken and some vegetables. Upon returning to the hotel, I had a pizza from the local restaurant. Within the following hour, I became violently sick to the point I could not get out of the bathtub because I was paralyzed from shaking, frequently vomiting and had non-stop diarrhea. This lasted throughout the night and well into the next afternoon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Shaking
