Ate at about 12 in Canary Wharf before going ice skating, had a chicken chipotle burrito. Started to have an upset stomach at around 5, then at 8 diarrhoea, took emodium. 2:30 in the morning vomit and diarrhoea. 4 in the morning woke up with shivers but no fever. Called 999, told to ring 111, told to go in urgent care in A&E at 8 waited till 10 to be seen and still at 11 I am suffering with diarrhoea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
